Hey Miss DJ

Hi there! Happy, happy hump day to ya! :) 

I fully thought today was Tuesday.  Every day seems like groundhog day to me lately: wake up, workout, shower, eat, class, eat, study, eat, study, sleep...repeat. Snoooooor.

This morning, in keeping with the rise & shine workout challenge (how are you all doing?!?!), I knocked out another treadmill interval set (this one) via peanut butter fingers.  It was great, and not quite as insane as Monday's business.

My workout was extra fun today, because I had the help of an awesome new playlist! :)

Since I'm now Miss DJ, I will share it with you, of course!

After a sufficiently sweaty trip to the gym, we hustled home for a quick shower, and then I only had one thing on my mind:


A big ol' bowl of oats with fruit & a dollop of peanut butter!! {Oat Fit, Almond Milk, Blueberries, Nanerface, and a spoonful of Jif Natural}.  Perfect rainy morning combo, if ya ask me!


I gotta get goin so I don't miss that train.

  4. I'm so glad that you had such a great workout! I totally understand the ground hog feeling. I don't have it much lately but man it used to get to me when I worked long hours in fitness. I'd get home and have to go right to bed to do it all over again the next day and the next and the next... :P

    I think I've finally got some email addresses together and I have an idea for where to eat - maybe Wild Fire in Old Town?? :) I just went there tonight and it was great with a fun ambiance :)
